Expected behavior

- Ask questions in good faith
- Give constructive feedback
- Respect speaker, attendee, and volunteer time
- Credit people’s work and ideas appropriately
Unacceptable behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination
- Personal attacks or hostile comments
- Unwanted sales pressure or spam
- Misrepresentation of partnerships, hiring opportunities, or credentials
- Disruptive conduct during events or online sessions

Organizer response
Organizers may take steps such as checking in with participants, moderating discussion, removing disruptive posts, declining future attendance, or escalating concerns to relevant venue/platform teams where appropriate.
